North Dakota

"North Dakota's House of Representatives has passed a fetal personhood bill, HB 1572, that declares fertilized eggs have the same rights as human beings. Like the recently defeated ballot measure in Colorado, this is designed to pose a legal challenge to Roe v. Wade. It wouldn't just ban abortion, but also contraception"

Shit :(

Sorry i can't be more eloquent at this time.

So if you miscarry, is that manslaughter? WTF?!?!

So according to this "morality" if I see someone about to shoot a toddler and a woman about to pop the after sex pill it's just the same... fertilized egg, toddler no distinction? A woman who uses an IUD, someone who grabs an AK47 and difference? A pox on N.Dakota woman haters.

thank you for posting this information, i think it's a sad indication of the world we live in. The worst part is, like in the Colorado situation, they probably don't really care about this bill and whether it will hold up constitutionally. They just want another chance to get a case in front of the supreme court to change policy.

And so I guess no more deep freeze for embryo's?

Some lawmakers have the forethought of a cricket.
